Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened sticker books or stationery that show signs of use.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items
