Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
- Opened sticker books or stationery that show signs of use.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
